What do Obsyde's managed services cover?

Four areas: managed websites (hosting, updates, daily backups and real-time security), managed Windows infrastructure (servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365), managed Linux infrastructure (servers, Docker, nginx, databases), and managed networks and endpoints (firewalls, VPN, endpoint protection). Everything is patched, hardened, monitored and backed up around the clock.

Do I have to move my hosting or servers to you?

No. We can manage infrastructure where it already lives — your own servers, a cloud provider, or a data centre — as well as host websites for you. The assessment at the start of every engagement covers the best option for your setup.

How is this different from your consultancy?

Consultancy is expert work with a defined scope — a penetration test, an incident, a compliance audit. Managed services is ongoing ownership: we take responsibility for keeping your systems patched, secure and available every day. Many clients use both, with the same team.

Is there a minimum term?

Plans are billed monthly with no long tie-ins. We would rather keep your business by doing a good job than by locking you in.
